As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email:
- For buyers outside the US, the shipping confirmation will include the carrier and tracking number.
- For buyers within the US, the shipping confirmation will include carrier information.

Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping is collected along with your purchase. The amount charged represents the total shipping cost for the customer.

Shipping Carriers

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Order Delays

Secure Delivery Address
We recommend providing a secure delivery address, such as your home or place of employment. LGBTQ CLOTHING is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery locations.
Currencies
LGBTQ CLOTHING cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or exchange rates applied by your bank when converting USD into another currency.
Uncollected Packages
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be refunded by LGBTQ CLOTHING.
