At LGBTQ CLOTHING, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you have a positive shopping experience with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand how returns are handled.
30-Day Return Period
You may return products purchased from LGBTQ CLOTHING within 30 days from the date of delivery. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method upon a successful return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The order or item(s) were purchased directly from lgbtqclothing.com.
- The 30-day return period starts from the date you receive your order or when it is marked as “delivered” in our system.
- The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories included, and in new or as-new condition.
- You have followed the return instructions provided by LGBTQ CLOTHING.

Damaged Items Upon Arrival
If you receive a damaged product or experience a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement if you contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Note:
- If incorrect shipping details were provided, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, LGBTQ CLOTHING is not responsible for replacements or refunds.
- Items for exchange must be in new condition, unworn, and unwashed. Once we receive and inspect your exchange, and if it meets our criteria, we will process the exchange.
When requesting an exchange, please include the following:
- The original 4-digit order number for verification purposes.
- A list of the item(s) and size(s) you would like to exchange for.
- An email outlining your inquiry for an exchange.
These steps ensure your exchange is handled efficiently.
Exchange Shipping
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges both ways. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- No shipping charges will apply to defective items (items that are damaged upon arrival and in “new condition”).
- Shipping times may vary based on your location.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, contact us at info@lgbtqclothing.com with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER” and specify your order number within 24 hours of purchase.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee immediate cancellation.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the processing of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
